About TMCA
The Man Comes Around is a passionate, respectful and heart-warming tribute to the music and legendary life of Johnny Cash. TMCA delivers the Johnny Cash Americana songbook by recreating the communion felt between The Man In Black and his audience. TMCA shares the music and legend of Johnny Cash.

The Man Comes Around
TMCA performs the music of Johnny Cash from every period of his acclaimed career. From the rockabilly beginning at Sun Records in the fifties, through the Columbia years in the sixties and seventies (including the raucous, multi-platinum live albums from Folsom and San Quentin prisons), right up to his final work with American Recordings in the nineties. The hits I Walk The Line, Ring Of Fire, Folsom Prison Blues and Hurt are all performed true to the trademark Cash sound. The boom-chicka-boom, the lonesome train wail and the hauntingly honest, baritone voice are all present.
The recent appeal of the American Recordings albums, followed by Johnny’s unfortunate death and subsequent award-winning Hollywood films and documentaries, have created a genuine resurgence and new demand for his music. Generations of young and old alike will always want to hear these classic songs and TMCA fills the void created in the absence of a Johnny Cash live show.
The Man Comes Around performs the Johnny Cash & The Tennessee Three live show from the 50′s & 60′s as well as the live show from the 70′s, 80′s & 90′s which included extended Cash and Carter family members. Memorable moments and duets with June Carter on songs Jackson, If I Were A Carpenter and Daddy Sang Bass are performed true to the spirit of country music’s most beloved couple.
Storytelling and video montages enhance the music creating an unforgettable concert experience. Performances can be tailored to suit any venue or function from community arenas and theaters, to clubs and bars, banquet halls, fairs, casinos and outdoor or corporate events.
